Habbie's Hoppin Reaper Hell
Ever had a Carolina Reaper hot sauce that tasted good? No? That's because most companies try to blow your taste buds into oblivion to create those hilarious YouTube video's we've all watched of people crying and screaming for mercy.
This hot sauce is my take on the classic Salsa Brava that you would find at a lot of taco shops in San Diego. Anyone who's had a taco shop's Brava knows that they can pack one hell of kick to the tonsils. I wanted to recreate that same taste using roasted carrots as a base to keep a consistent sweetness, while adding roasted garlic, onions, and tomatoes to help balance the flavor. Then, right at the end, adding a healthy handful of roasted red chili's, and a firm dose of Carolina Reaper powder to give you the kick that all Salsa Brava's should have. This is my absolute go to hot sauce for Carne Asada burritos.

Good With: Beef, Chicken, French Fries, In the contact cases of that call of duty guy talking S*** online. You know the one. There's always one.

Habbie's Hoppin Ginger Habenero
Growing up with a Japanese grandmother, i've always had a taste for Japanese flavors. My grandmother would get pissed off that I ate all the pickled ginger at the sushi restaurants we would frequent growing up.
This hot sauce is my take on blending the Japanese ginger taste, with the south-of-the-border fiery Habanero pepper. Combined together they are competing flavors, but mellowed out with roasted carrots, and tamed with sugar and spices. This sweeter styled hot sauce has the up front sinus kick of the ginger, and the blast of instant but fast dissipating heat of the Habanero. This hot sauce is definitely a favorite of the Mrs. as she drowns her breakfast burritos in it for days. But in my personal opinion, this is the best hot sauce for chicken, seafood, or for the absolute best fish tacos.
